Set up your shop computer
Three steps, then you're open.
One download installs the till, the kitchen screen, the kiosks and the database on your shop computer. Your other screens just open it in a browser.
Download Bites for WindowsWindows may warn that the file is from the internet: choose Keep, then More info → Run anyway.
Step 1
Download
On the shop computer (the till PC or a mini PC with Windows 10 or 11), download the setup file.
Step 2
Double-click it
Windows asks to allow it. Bites installs everything it needs and starts by itself with Windows.
Step 3
Enter your setup code
Owner page → Cloud & website gives you a code. Type it in and your menu, staff and orders come down.
The internet goes down. Your shop doesn’t.
The till, the kitchen and the kiosks run on your own computer. If the connection drops, you keep taking orders; online ordering pauses and picks up again by itself.
